Jim Handy historical client interaction data backup

Jim Handy has a large amount of historical client interaction data on his laptop (years’ worth), that needs to be imported into SalesForce.
I am open to this taking a bit of time to accomplish, but we need to figure out a way to migrate the data into a format that it is accessible to Jim and the rest of MEP.

Initial step would probably be to copy the data from Jim’s hard drive, to something that is backed-up, since I don’t think that is currently happening.
From there, we can figure out how to get the data into a useful format.

Jim is on board to doing this, so that he can more easily access his historic files.
